Why Red Elephant

Like us humans, elephants are fascinating and complex creatures. Not only is the elephant a very intelligent creature, it’s also one of the most social animals on the planet, living a communal existence with their herd. There is a clear hierarchy usually based on age and experience. They have great empathy and compassion with clear roles that enable the herd to exist and survive, sometimes significant change. Elephants also have incredible memories - storing enourmous amounts of information for survival but also social learning. All sound familiar?

Red Elephant is all about leveraging the same social and intellectual workplace structures. In doing so, we enable your people to embrace the collective genius of the team around them and deliver powerful outcomes, in our world of constant and often significant change.

No matter what your organisation is wrestling with – revenue growth, innovation, creativity, profitability, rapid growth, change management or adaptability – you have the internal resource to address them. The opportunity is to harness the collective power of this resource – your teams. Most people have a healthy awareness of the change environment we all operate it. Many organisations, teams and individuals are however frustrated that this awareness does not convert into action. This is where we come in.

We provide leadership coaching to executive teams and individuals through experiential learning, coaching and co-creation. Beyond sound business acumen, to cope and lead through the vast and relentless change and transformation leaders face every day, leaders need to be genuinely compassionate, actively listen to understand, demonstrate empathy and appreciate different perspectives. Accepting others and being prepared to have real, trusting relationships with peers and clients, is vital in individuals and teams reaching their greatest potential and being the best they can possibly be. Couple this with actionable and achievable operational plans and you have a team ready to drive and lead change.

Red Elephant is bound by a commitment to create real business outcomes by helping your people be the best at what they do, lead. Genuinely working together to understand what is already understood and in play ensures we bring new, complimentary fresh thinking to the table. With real-time, real-life business perspective, we will create a legacy of new skills, a collection of new mindsets and valuable business outcomes that, like the elephant, will enable your team and business to not only survive but thrive.
