About Us

Red Elephant has been borne from a career committed to developing people and building teams, whilst facing the constant need to keep up with relentless and continual change and transformation.

Via Coaching, Mentoring and Business advisory, at Red Elephant we provide bespoke, experiential learning environments for Senior Leaders, Executive Teams, Future Leaders and Teams to not only survive but thrive and be successful in creating sustainable change.

We create programs that ensure the organisation and team move from awareness of change to not only having a deeper understanding of the vision behind the change but also attaining the skills and creating plans to lead through change.

Creative & Experiential Learning

Our creative and experiential coaching and workshop style is focused on real time, real life challenges and opportunities for teams and invidiuals. Spending time with individuals and team members to connect and gain perspective, understand mindset and what needs to change and be achieved allows us to provide valuable input for leaders to move from being overwhelmed with change to what it means for me, my team, and how I ‘do change’.

Behavioural Change

In transforming business, the focus is often on new leadership skills, tools and systems and processes. Often, the need to support people is missed or misunderstood. We support translating organisation visions, values, and behaviours for leaders - what the values and behaviours of the organisation mean in my day to day, how I model these as a leader or leadership team, how I empower and encourage my team, and what I expect of my team/s.

This work is linked closely to the leadership coaching.

Business Advisory

The principles of change, the agile way of working, and the leverage of the collective genius are core to achieving business outcomes in our new reality. We work with teams to bring these to life and co-create operational plans, supported with appropriate ways of working to enable the take up of these new skills, synthesising your organisational rhythms. In grounding this work in real life real time, teams learn through doing, creating workable and sustainable business outcomes.
